Enrique does not need to survey the community to find out what’s going on. He knows because he’s worked here for over 20 years. In the early 90’s he and I served on the Highland High School Community Services Collaborative. If any of us needed to know what was going on, the source that we all went to was Enrique Cardiel. This man will be such a tremendous member of the House of Representatives because he truly is the grassroots. We need his voice in the State Legislature.
